Climara Pro is a combination hormone therapy patch containing estradiol and levonorgestrel (a progestin). FDA-approved for treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause and for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women with an intact uterus.

Efficacy

Clinical trials demonstrated significant reduction in frequency and severity of hot flashes compared to placebo; 33% reduction in frequency of moderate-to-severe hot flashes at week 4, 85% reduction by week 12
