Prempro is a combination hormone therapy containing conjugated estrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate. FDA-approved for treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause, treatment of vulvar and vaginal atrophy, and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
